Returns and refunds.

We will do the best of our ability to deliver to our customers the most fresh and beautiful flowers possible. Our main goal is please our customers, and touch their lives in a beautiful way. Usually the flowers last from 4 - 7 days, however we try our best to get fresh flowers more often from the market to have them last even longer.

If you feel that our flower did not last at least 4 days provied you take care of it, please contact us. Take a photo and email us or even bring it to our shop and we will gladly replace them. You have to have the old flower, if we are to deliver you the replacement one.

Flower Quality

Orders that are placed LESS than 24 hours before a significant event will be harder to make exact. This means that flowers that are not available at the time of this kind of order will be substituted with different flowers in order to fulfil the requirements of the order. We will do our best to satisfy the customer and the order. We will try to make the order as closest to the original product as possible but we can't guarantee that it will look exactly the same.

Dispatch and Deliveries

Our delivery service is 6 days a week. From Monday to Saturday, we are open from 9am to 6pm. We can deliver within our opening hours. If the order was received too close to the closing time, we will deliver it the next morning. Otherwise deliveries can usually be delivered on the same day. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will do our best scheduling to fulfil customer needs and requirements, but cannot promise to guarantee them. Cancellation of an Order We must note that all cancellations that occur after an order will be charged with a cancellation fee. After an order, cancellations that are received LESS THAN 24 HOURS before the due date of the delivery is charged a fee of 50% of the total order value.
